国立大学や私立大、企業の研究所に理系の研究者なり技術者として
雇われるためには、国（大学）や企業が有意義と認めた研究分野を
専攻しなければならない。逆に言えば、国（大学）や企業が有意義と
認めない研究分野では雇ってもらえず、食べていけない。例えば、
ITが国家戦略ともなれば、SEが大量発生し、重厚長大な分野の技術者
は打ち捨てられていく。だから、理系の技術者は自分で自分の好きな
分野を選んでいるように見えても、あくまで政治（と経済）が要請
する分野の範囲内から選ばねばならず、その枠内から逃れることは
できない。このルールに従わないものは、自称UFO研究家や発明家
とでもなって、変人扱いされるのが関の山である。
そしてさらに重要なことは、どの研究分野が重要で、どの程度の予算
を投入すべきか決定するのは、当の理系の技術者・研究者ではない、
という事実であるそれを決めるのは、理系の技術者の上に立つ、
政治的・経済的な価値判断を下す事務系の支配層に属する人々である。
つまりは、理系技術者は、国や企業や大学の一定の政治的（経済的）
利益追求のために、技術部隊（もの言わぬ便利な道具・ツール）
として雇われている（利用されている）のである。

Local public servant's teachers can get the salary of the five-star enterprise, the salary of the same amount, and the bonus.
Even if it is recessional, it is possible to get it regardless. Tax of which it plunders money that your father mother earned.
And, the teacher plays, [temo] what does, and the pension in the future to say nothing of the [temo] salary and the bonus is guaranteed.
Teachers can get money of 900,000 yen every month though your father mother can get only 100,000 yen by the married couple every month by the system that means the mutual pension.
Of course, the mutual pension is financed by the tax of which it plunders father mother.
